The Foundations Framework Coaching Plan

What if I told you life doesn’t have to be a grind? Sure, there are moments where you need to push hard to succeed—long days, last-minute adjustments, and sacrifices to win at work. But too many of us are grinding all the time because we don’t see another way.

I was guilty of this for decades. The profession I grew up in made it seem like grinding wasn’t just necessary, but required for success. It took me years to step back, refocus, and understand what true balance looks like. Paradoxically, my contributions at work have increased substantially since I began prioritizing balance. By becoming more intentional about my time and energy, I’ve become a better leader, professional, friend, husband, father, and human being.

And you can do the same.

I developed the Foundations Coaching Plan based on my experiences and training as an International Coaching Federation-certified coach. This 6-month program is designed to help you grow, develop, and bring structure to your life. It includes 12 coaching sessions—two per month—plus unlimited access to me for check-ins, updates, and support when you need it most.

​

Over six months, you will define your personal vision and values, and build a framework to clarify your goals, priorities, and projects. I will introduce tailored activities to support your development, including breathwork, meditation, hot/cold therapy, and goal setting. Every coaching client receives a customized plan designed to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
